YOUR TASKS

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure network architectures across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Act as the technical authority for network-related projects, ensuring alignment with business and security requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Manage and optimize network performance, availability, and reliability.
• Oversee firewall and security configurations, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide guidance on resolution strategies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within network engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • • Data center networking (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
    • Cloud networking (any cloud vendor based, StackIT would be an advantage)
    • Virtualization technologies (VMware NSX, Hyper-V, etc.)
    • Network security and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.)
• Solid understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, load balancing, and network segmentation.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
