YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure. This role combines traditional Data Center expertise with advanced cloud networking skills to deliver a secure, high-performance, and highly available solution.
YOUR TASKS
- Design and maintain multi-vendor network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, firewalls, load balancers) across Data Center and cloud environments.
- Architect and integrate AWS networking solutions, including Direct Connect, BGP-based routing, CloudFront, and Route53.
- Ensure high availability and security of network services for mission-critical applications.Collaborate with service providers, vendors, and internal teams on migration and modernization projects.
- Monitor and optimize network performance; troubleshoot incidents and implement changes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call rotation for network support.Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration and automation for network-related components.
YOUR PROFILE
- 7+ years of experience in network engineering, including Data Center environments.
- Expert knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and high-availability architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS networking services and colocation integration.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix).
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to undergo security clearance.
Nice to Have
- German language skills (advantageous).
- AWS certification and experience with AWS security best practices.
- Network/Security certifications (Professional level).
- Proficiency with Linux OS.
- Experience with wireless technologies (Aruba/Cisco).
- ITIL process awareness (ITIL Foundation is a plus).
