Your role
As a Modern Workplace Architect, you bring strong experience in identity and endpoint management and are able to design and lead complex enterprise‑level transformations. You take architectural responsibility across the entire Modern Workplace stack — from workloads and identity to modern endpoint management — and you can adjust your focus depending on project needs, whether the goal is migration, transformation, modernization, or optimization.
Your project
- User, device, and workload migrations between various environments
- Hybrid to cloud transformations
- Endpoint modernization (Intune adoption, co-management exit, Windows 11 / Windows 365)
- Security posture assessment and improvements implemented in collaboration with security teams
Your tasks
- Lead the architecture and technical direction of Modern Workplace transformations, acting as design authority for assigned solutions
- Take architectural ownership of Modern Device Management solutions across collaboration, identity, and endpoint management, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards
- Design and document target architectures, migration approaches, and transition states for enterprise customers
- Assess dependencies and the impact of architectural changes across platforms and services
- Capture requirements and shape solutions in collaboration with clients and delivery teams
- Articulate architectural objectives, options, risks and business benefits during transition and transformation phases
- Support delivery teams with ongoing architectural guidance throughout implementation
Your profile
- Experience as an Architect or Senior Engineer with proven thought leadership in Modern Workplace solutions.
- Strong background in endpoint management (Intune and other platform management solutions).
- Experience with Automation and Zero-touch provisioning, configuration drift control, upgrades, replacements and decommissioning of devices.
- Experience in patch and update management/strategy, application lifecycle management (incl. packaging standards, deployment methods, apps catalogs, retirement processes).
- Identity and access architecture including Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, and Active Directory.
- Tenant-to-tenant migrations, carve-outs, mergers and other transformations of Device Management platforms.
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical architecture at various levels of detail.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting architecture options, business cases, and recommendations to technical teams, stakeholders, and client leadership.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
