Your role

SPOC 24/7 for technical teams and business

Manager of client’s infrastructure

Your tasks

  • Issue communication about P1 and P2 incidents to inform all parties about the status of the ongoing incident.
  • Lead and coordinate management of incidents by quickly mobilizing the teams and third parties necessary for resolution.
  • Report to top management on the status of critical incident resolution.
  • Participate in CABs to identify major changes that can generate a significant business impact by anticipating possible prevention areas

Your profile

  • Experience in Service Management.
  • Being familiar with IT infrastructure and ITIL methodology.
  • Readiness to work on 12-hours shift in 24/7 mode.
  • Fluent English.
  • Fluent French will be a plus.
