Landscape Integration Partner Project Manager

Your role

You will be joining a team of experienced manufacturing and technology experts, working on a high-impact MES re-deployment project for a global leader in personal hygiene products. As a MES Project Manager, you will lead a diverse team of on-site and remote specialists across IT and OT disciplines, driving the re-implementation of factory capabilities across 16 production lines. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a complex, large-scale manufacturing environment.

Your tasks

  • Leading the end-to-end re-deployment of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across 16 production lines, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time and budget
  • Managing and coordinating a mixed team of on-site and remote MES staff, IT and OT technicians, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication across all workstreams
  • Driving strong project governance through RAID logs, change control processes, milestone tracking and stakeholder reporting to ensure full transparency and control
  • Overseeing shopfloor connectivity re-implementation, aligning IT and OT environments to meet production and business requirements
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations, escalations and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business goals

Your profile

  • 5-12+ years of experience managing manufacturing IT/OT programs, including MES, ERP and OT environments, with a proven track record of plant go-live delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-party delivery leadership, managing diverse teams of both on-site and remote resources, with strong governance skills including RAID management, change control and milestone tracking
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification, with the ability to apply structured project management methodologies in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Hands-on experience with AVEVA MES platform, combined with a solid background in CPG/FMCG manufacturing environments and familiarity with ISA-95 standards and the Purdue Model
