YOUR TASKS
Related to Knowledge Manager:
- Create, refine, and publish knowledge objects using structured repositories.
- Identify and implement improvements to knowledge process.
- Communicate new or updated policies and procedures across the organization.
- Share knowledge via trainings and collaborative sessions.
- Assess and manage valuable knowledge at individual, team, and service line levels.
- Use technology to access, analyze, store, and apply knowledge effectively.
Related to SACM: - Manage configuration management for the organization, ensuring value for business and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure changes to assets are recorded and controlled appropriately.
- Work with suppliers to ensure asset management is delivered to SLA, ensuring contractual obligations are fully met.
- Work in collaboration with the Hardware and Software Teams, to create review and update of the Asset & Configuration Management Policy.
- Process and Procedures which defines the lifecycle of all Assets.
- Identify and define scope of the asset & configuration management processes, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded.
- Develop strategy and implement best practice frameworks for measuring, improving, monitoring and reporting against SLA and KPI.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience as a Knowledge Manager or Lead in complex environments.
- Strong ability to harvest, organize, and submit knowledge to central systems.
- Experienced in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Proficient in filtering, analyzing, and storing large volumes of information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of the procurement life-cycle and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the operation and management of CMDB.
- Demonstrable knowledge of using IT Service Management Toolsets.
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL) and how Configuration Management underpins these.
- Proven experience of dealing with customers and suppliers at all levels in a professional manne .
