YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Future of Work team. This role includes creating communication materials for among others wellbeing projects, preparing simple graphic assets, supporting projects related to employee engagement.
YOUR TASKS
- Preparing communication and content for internal platforms and bulk mailing, in line with internal communication standards
- Creating graphic materials (e.g. posters, banners, leaflets, stickers)
- Supporting the organization of internal events related to employee engagement
- Assisting in working with sport and wellbeing communities
- Co-creating campaigns in the area of wellbeing
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently pursuing studies in English Philology, Polish Philology
- Linguistics or simmilarEnglish proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Interest in wellbeing, and employee experience
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Canva or Photoshop)
- Experience in creating communication materials or organizing events
