Your role

Join our Financial Services team and help deliver high-quality digital solutions in a collaborative agile environment. As a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will combine manual testing with test automation to ensure reliable and efficient software delivery. Working closely with developers, product stakeholders, and quality experts, you will contribute to the full testing lifecycle, identify risks early, and support continuous improvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in modern quality engineering practices while working with leading technologies and large-scale business applications.

Your tasks

  • Support software quality assurance through manual and automated testing activities.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scenarios using modern testing frameworks.
  • Analyze requirements and identify potential quality risks early in the delivery cycle.
  • Monitor test execution results and prepare clear quality reports.
  • Coordinate testing activities within agile and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve defects.
  • Optimize test coverage and improve testing processes continuously.
  • Deliver reliable software releases through effective quality control practices.

Your profile

Must-have:

  • Knowledge of at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL.
  • Good understanding of software testing principles and quality assurance practices.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop in test automation and quality engineering.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within agile teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with Playwright, REST API testing, Git, Jenkins, Docker, or Kafka.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
