Your role

As a Junior Staffing Manager, you'll play a vital role in our Global Talent Deployment team, helping to optimize resource allocation and workforce planning across Capgemini Engineering. You'll work closely with project managers and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is assigned to the right projects at the right time.

Your tasks

• Supporting the staffing process by tracking resource availability, skills, and project requirements
• Maintaining accurate staffing data in our resource management tools and creating reports for stakeholders
• Collaborating with project managers to understand upcoming resource needs and identify suitable candidates
• Assisting with resource forecasting and capacity planning activities
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of staffing processes and tools

Your profile

• Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and openness to developing staffing expertise
• Basic understanding of workforce planning concepts or willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
• Accuracy in maintaining data and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
