Your role

As a Junior Operations Consultant, you will support our internal teams in optimizing operational processes. You will work alongside experienced consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will be key in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective changes.

Your tasks

• Supporting project teams in gathering and analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Assisting in the documentation of existing processes and helping to design optimized workflows
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Participating in team meetings and workshops to understand requirements and present solutions
• Contributing to the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across various departments

Your profile

• A proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Basic to good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Openness to developing skills in project coordination, reporting, and operational analysis
