Junior IT Support Agent (with Japanese)

Your role

IT Support Agent role involves supporting customers by phone and email with general computer-related technical questions. It involves diagnosing issues and guiding users through standard solutions to quickly resolve the most frequent problems while ensuring a positive service experience.

Your tasks

  • handle incoming phone calls / emails from customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of a computer
  • analyse and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you
  • deliver high quality standard service to customers
  • cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues

Your profile

  • fluent knowledge of Japanese (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • willingness to take first steps in IT
  • pro client attitude and communication skills
  • basic experience in Windows 10/11 and MS Office
  • team player, problem solving attitude and efficient task management skills

It's not essential, but we appreciate to have:

  • basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind
  • customer service experience
