Your Tasks
- develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript
- develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring technologies under senior supervision
- optimize frontend and backend functionalities for performance and maintainability
- collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement features
- fix bugs and participate in maintaining system stability and security
- continuously build and maintain knowledge in Java technologies and willingness to learn new technologies with focus on Guidewire
- proactively learn and develop skills in Gosu and Guidewire (GW) platform
Your Profile
- Around 2 years of experience as a Java developer
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring and Spring Boot
- Basic experience with frontend technologies (Angular, TypeScript)
- Understanding of REST API concepts
- Practical experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with basic CI/CD concepts
- Knowledge of Maven, JUnit, Git, and software design principles
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture
- willingness to learn DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Ability to work independently on small-to-medium complexity tasks
- Strong motivation to grow in full-stack development
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in insurance projects or industry is a plus
