Your Tasks

develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript
develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring technologies under senior supervision
optimize frontend and backend functionalities for performance and maintainability
collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement features
fix bugs and participate in maintaining system stability and security
continuously build and maintain knowledge in Java technologies and willingness to learn new technologies with focus on Guidewire
proactively learn and develop skills in Gosu and Guidewire (GW) platform

Your Profile

Around 2 years of experience as a Java developer
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring and Spring Boot
Basic experience with frontend technologies (Angular, TypeScript)
Understanding of REST API concepts
Practical experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
Familiarity with basic CI/CD concepts
Knowledge of Maven, JUnit, Git, and software design principles
Basic understanding of microservices architecture
willingness to learn DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
Ability to work independently on small-to-medium complexity tasks
Strong motivation to grow in full-stack development
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in insurance projects or industry is a plus
