International Logistics Coordinator

Your role

As an International Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and parts across international supply chains, acting as a central coordination function between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders. 

Your tasks

  • Coordinating parts supply for production by placing material orders to suppliers and gathering parts availability confirmations, acting as the central coordination point across the supply chain
  • Arranging and tracking transportation of materials from Tier 1 suppliers to PSA platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery in line with project milestones
  • Monitoring and scoring supplier performance, measuring supplier service rates in line with MLP standards and escalating issues to the purchasing department when necessary
  • Collaborating with local and abroad suppliers, maintaining strong working relationships and proactively identifying and resolving potential supply chain disruptions
  • Setting up and managing meetings with key stakeholders, driving clear communication and alignment across teams to support smooth project delivery

Your profile

  • Degree in Logistics, Economics, Management, or similar, combined with 3-5 years of professional experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, customer service, or production management
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently identify problems and develop alternative solutions, paired with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, with Excel skills including VLookup and Pivot Table functionality considered a strong asset
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible and mobile approach to work, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure with assertiveness and resilience
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in international environments, with experience cooperating with European suppliers and managing logistics coordination at a central level
