Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst (with French)

Your role
You will be responsible for keeping a close watch on all key IT systems, carrying out routine checks, and reacting swiftly to any alerts and incidents. The role includes also handling initial troubleshooting for infrastructure issues.
Your tasks
- Continuously monitor IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, storage, backup systems) using monitoring tools.
- Perform daily health checks and analyze results for anomalies.
- Respond to alerts and system alarms promptly.
- Execute first-level troubleshooting and resolution for auto-generated incidents (Server, Database, Storage, Network)
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams following SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL and internal standards.
- Prepare and send daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports..
- Work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage.
Your profile
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Centreon)
- Very good verbal and written French language at C1 level or higher
- English at a communicative level (B2 or higher)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure components.
- Ability to identify issues from logs and monitoring dashboards.
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation accurately.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
