Your role

You play a key role in delivering secure, modern workplace solutions by designing and running Microsoft Intune services at enterprise scale. Your work directly improves how devices are enrolled, configured, patched, and supported, helping users stay productive and secure every day. You collaborate closely with security and operations teams, solve real technical challenges, and continuously improve how device management is delivered across the organization.

Your tasks

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for software distribution, patching, Autopilot, and device configuration
  • Manage Windows and Android devices using Intune configuration profiles and policies
  • Ensure compliance by working closely with security teams on patching and configuration standards
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Intune-related incidents, requests, and troubleshooting
  • Automate and optimize device management activities using PowerShell scripting
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
  • Support continuous improvement of modern workplace services and operational processes

Your profile

  • You have hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune in a production environment
  • You work confidently with Windows and Android device configuration and management
  • You understand Azure / Entra ID and Active Directory, including Group Policy concepts
  • You use PowerShell to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
  • You approach problems analytically and enjoy finding practical, user-focused solutions
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You take ownership, act responsibly, and align your work with team and client goals
  • You are open to learning, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a supportive team culture
