Infrastructure Consultant (NAS)

Your role

Your tasks

• Design, build, upgrade, and operate NetApp ONTAP 9 storage environmentsDeliver end‑to‑end NAS architecture, sizing, provisioning, and capacity management aligned to SLAs
• Design, operate, and troubleshoot data protection and HA solutions (SnapMirror, SnapVault, SyncMirror, MetroCluster)
• Act as major incident lead, performing root cause analysis and coordinating escalations and remediation
• Implement automation and scripting to standardize services and improve turnaround times
• Support and tune CIFS / NFS file services, permissions, and interoperability with application teams
• Plan and execute data migrations and changes, following ITSM and zero‑incident cutover practices
• Monitor, analyze, and report on capacity and performance, providing clear recommendations

Your profile

• You have 5+ years of enterprise storage experience, including 3+ years with NetApp ONTAP / NAS
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree and are certified NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) and ITIL Foundation
• You bring strong expertise in NetApp data protection and HA technologies, with exposure to MetroCluster
• You demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills and confidently lead during high‑pressure incidents
• You apply structured methods for design, migration, change, and operational excellence
• You collaborate openly, act with ownership, and reflect Capgemini values in client and team interactions
• You use or are familiar with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) to improve operations
• You coordinate effectively with vendors and stakeholders to resolve hardware and service issues
