YOUR PROJECT

The Implementation Executive position requires an individual with strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills as well as a keen attention to detail. This individual will work across multiple teams within Technical Support, Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery and Customer Service to successfully implement new accounts. Implementation Projects involve customer-facing and technical elements.

Implementation Projects involve customer-facing (virtual) and technical elements. You will lead all implementation project activities including but not limited to:

  • Requirements Gathering
  • Site Configuration
  • Weekly Project Status Meeting Facilitation
  • Program Launch Initiation
  • Post Launch Transition to Account Management and Global Customer Service
  • Functional and Technical Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead project planning efforts to determine project scope and scheduling
  • Facilitate the project kick-off with project team members and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day details of the project (coordinating with project team members and resource managers as appropriate) including the plan, schedule, resources, and task assignments
  • Facilitate project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, fostering open communication within the team on project planning, and execution
  • Maintain project management deliverables
  • Implementing accounts sold into the Small Market Segment
  • Partnering with Account Managers to oversee Egencia marketing and communications for client.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Project and Time Management – handling multi-faceted, time sensitive projects
  • Communication – Strong skills in facilitation, written documentation, status reporting, mediation, training, and presentations
  • Technical – Experience working with an Online Travel Tool or Agency is preferred
  • Applications –Proficiency in MS Office, as well as various project management tools such as MS Project & SmartSheet
