IT Trainer (Microsoft 365)

Your Role

As an IT Trainer, you will play a key role in helping employees successfully adopt new digital solutions and ways of working. You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and communication materials that support Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 transformation projects. Working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and end users, you will identify learning needs, promote user adoption, and ensure employees feel confident using new tools and technologies. This role combines training delivery, communication, and change management, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on how people embrace digital transformation in a dynamic international environment.

Your Tasks

• Support change management activities during Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 projects.
• Prepare and deliver communication materials, user guides, presentations, and training content.
• Facilitate virtual and onsite training sessions, workshops, and information meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and support adoption initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating change and communication activities across different teams and locations.
• Gather user feedback and help identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and adoption.
• Support project teams during implementation and post-go-live activities.

Your Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in training, learning & development, communications, HR, change management, or a similar people-focused role.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or training sessions for business audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in change management and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch/Flemish, Arabic).
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management or relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
