IT Support Specialist (with German)

Your role

You will provide advanced IT support to German-speaking users, resolving incidents and service requests while ensuring high service quality and SLA compliance. You will collaborate with international teams, contribute to continuous service improvement, and deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.

Your tasks

  • Provide advanced IT support and service coordination for German-speaking users.
  • Resolve complex incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver effective support.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous service improvement.
  • Build high customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution.

Your profile

  • Fluent German and good English communication skills.
  • Experience in IT service desk, technical support, or service centre environments.
  • Ability to resolve complex incidents and service requests.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with SLAs and service management processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Proactive approach to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
