IT Support Specialist (with Dutch)

YOUR ROLE

Provides IT support to customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of their Digital Workplace. Ensures high-quality service by resolving common inquiries and cooperating with IT specialist teams on more complex issues.

YOUR TASKS

  • Maintain highly professional, cooperation-oriented communication with the client, focused on building trust and driving successful resolution of issues
  • Act as a strong interface with resolving teams – ensure effective collaboration
  • Own, build, negotiate, and establish processes with resolving teams, including full documentation
  • Drive and contribute to Service Desk Knowledge Base – ownership of content quality and regular review cycle for all articles
  • Support backlog management and assist on the Genesys queue when required
  • Contribute to CSAT process and support Incident Managers
  • Handle specific “Ask a Question” requests requiring deep client knowledge
  • Provide strong support to Tier 1 agents – guide, coach, and act as a role model in Knowledge Base usage

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch language - minimum C1 level
  • Conversational knowledge of English language - minimum B2 level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of processes and ability to build and own them 
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement
  • High sense of responsibility and client-facing professionalism
  • Ability to support, guide, and elevate team performance
