IT Support Agent (with French)

Your role
You will support users in resolving everyday technical issues, ensure smooth functioning of their digital tools, and collaborate with IT teams when needed. In this role, you’ll use your language skills and problem‑solving approach while continuously developing your technical knowledge through training.
Your tasks
- Providing IT support for users experiencing everyday technical issues in their Digital Workplace
- Resolving common enquiries and escalating more complex cases to specialist teams
- Ensuring high-quality service by analyzing issues and delivering effective solutions
Your profile
- Very good knowledge of French and English
- Willingness to take first steps in IT
- Can-do-it and problem-solving attitude
- The ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft products e.g. Excel, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind
