Your role

Your tasks

• Help customers by answering their questions via chat, email, and phone.
• Solve problems quickly and give clear, correct answers.
• Build good relationships with customers and provide friendly support.
• Work closely with internal teams to close cases efficiently.
• Keep accurate notes and records of customer interactions.
• Notice repeated issues and support improvements to processes and the knowledge base.

Your profile

• Comfortable communicating in English in an international environment.
• Enjoys solving problems and working in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer-focused and likes helping people.
• Organized and confident using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in an international role.
