YOUR PROJECT

One of the world's biggest banks with its line of business related to interbank communication (SWIFT) activities in France is looking for Talents responsible for daily service delivery in terms of SWIFT messages handling.

YOUR TASKS

Your  main responsibilities will include activities related to interbank communication (SWIFT messages) management in respective systems:

•     Investigation and regularization work (confirmation of executions, accounting regularizations, returns of funds, changes to instructions, requests for sorting, copies of supporting documents, etc.)
•     Direct contact with Client's employees and other banks via phone, email and system messages (in French and English)
•     Identifying changes and improvements to be implemented

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent knowledge of French language (C1)
• Good knowledge of English language (B2)
• Min. 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting/Banking
• Autonomy and ability to look for solutions, even for non-documented processes
• Bachelor’s degree or a student status

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of interbank communication - SWIFT messages
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and CRM tools
