ESM Consultant (Change Manager with French)

Your role

You will take ownership of the Change Management process, ensuring that every change is assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented safely and effectively. Working closely with multiple teams, you will help protect service stability, coordinate recovery procedures, and support continuous improvement through structured reviews and clear communication.

Your tasks

  • Register, categorize, and evaluate Changes, including impact and risk analysis.
  • Ensure full approval is obtained before any Change is implemented.
  • Chair Post Implementation Review meetings for your supported area.
  • Review, monitor, and communicate the progress and outcomes of cross‑tower Changes.
  • Coordinate documentation and activities related to disaster recovery plans.
  • Supervise the installation of security patches.
  • Support consistent application of Change Management processes and standards.
  • Contribute to transparent communication between all stakeholders.

Your profile

  • You communicate confidently in French, both spoken and written.
  • You bring a proactive, positive attitude and resilience in daily work.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • You are comfortable working with the MS Office suite.
  • You understand ITIL fundamentals and the Change Management process.
  • You collaborate effectively across teams and maintain clear communication.
  • You work with attention to detail and follow structured methods.
  • You value continuous learning, and an ITIL certification is a plus.
