Cybersecurity Manager - Security Officer

Your role

You act as a trusted local CISO for external clients, helping teams build secure, compliant, and resilient solutions. You advise on IT and cybersecurity risks across applications and projects, ensure alignment with risk and defence frameworks, and embed security by design and by default into everyday delivery. Working closely with technical, risk, and cybersecurity stakeholders, you turn regulations, controls, and risks into clear guidance and measurable outcomes that strengthen business confidence and continuity.

Your tasks

  • Act as a local CISO for an external client
  • Support teams and projects in identifying, assessing, and managing IT and cybersecurity risks
  • Ensure alignment with Third Line of Defence and Operational Risk Management frameworks
  • Advise on secure application design and architecture, promoting security by design and by default
  • Ensure applications are onboarded to security tools (e.g. SAST, SCA, penetration testing)
  • Monitor risks, remediation plans, and the effectiveness of controls
  • Provide risk and security reporting to tribes and central IT Risk & Cyber Security teams
  • Support audits, continuity tests, internal controls, agile ceremonies, and collaboration with cybersecurity stakeholders

 

Your profile

  • You have 4+ years of experience in GRC, IT Risk, or Cybersecurity
  • You understand IT risk management, audit, compliance, and data privacy
  • You know software and solution architecture principles, including security by design and by default
  • You bring strong process expertise in GRC areas such as IT risk management, audit management, compliance, or data privacy
  • You have experience with Archer and/or ServiceNow
  • You are familiar with regulatory and security frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, NIST, or CISA
  • You may hold certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or CISM
  • You communicate confidently in English, with French or German as an additional asset
