Your role

As an L2/L3 Workplace Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing virtual desktop services based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies. You will ensure a stable, high-performing end-user environment by troubleshooting complex issues, supporting core infrastructure, and delivering operational excellence across virtual desktop platforms.

Your tasks

  • Manage and support virtualized environments based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
  • Administer and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to virtual desktops and VDI environments.
  • Provide operational support and perform maintenance activities across the Citrix platform.
  • Manage and support Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and changes in line with operational processes.
  • Support configuration and maintenance of Citrix components, including StoreFront, Desktop Delivery Controller, profile management, and Citrix policies.
  • Contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the workplace environment.

Your profile

  • You have hands-on experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
  • You have working knowledge of Desktop Delivery Controller (DDC), StoreFront, profile management, and Citrix policies.
  • You possess strong troubleshooting skills in virtual desktop and VDI environments.
  • You have solid experience with Windows Desktop and Windows Server administration.
  • You have practical knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) management.
  • You understand networking fundamentals and their impact on end-user services.You are comfortable creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
  • You are a proactive and independent professional with strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
