YOUR TASKS

• Process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Verify invoice accuracy, match invoices with purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the AP system.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to clarify invoice‑related issues.
• Support month‑end closing activities and assist with AP reporting when required.

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in finance or accounting at least 6 months.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) and Greek at least on B2 level
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the team.
