About the job you’re considering
We are looking for an experienced Manual Test Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce and SAP testing, along with end-to-end functional validation. The candidate will lead testing efforts across Functional, Integration, Acceptance, and Regression Testing to ensure high-quality delivery of client applications. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in an onsite environment.
Your role
- Test Strategy & Planning
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce and SAP applications
- Analyze business and system requirements to create detailed test plans
- Identify testing scope, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment with project timelines and goals
- Salesforce Testing
- Perform testing on Salesforce Cloud applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom implementations)
- Validate workflows, Apex triggers, Lightning components, and integrations
- Ensure data integrity and security validation
- Functional Testing
- Design and execute functional test cases based on requirements
- Validate end-to-end business workflows and system functionality
- Ensure defect tracking and closure
- Integration Testing
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Verify data flow, error handling, and system interactions
- Collaborate with integration teams
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordinate and support UAT activities
- Ensure requirements validation and acceptance
- Track feedback and resolve defects
- Regression Testing
- Plan and execute regression test suites
- Ensure no impact on existing functionalities
- Maintain regression artifacts
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor QA team members
- Assign tasks and monitor progress
- Ensure quality deliverables
- Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular status updates
- Communicate risks and mitigation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Your skills and experience
- Strong experience in manual testing with Salesforce applications
- Expertise in Functional, Integration, UAT, and Regression testing
- Good understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, and Lightning components
- Experience in defect tracking tools and test lifecycle management
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $53,580 - $122,400.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
