The Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs across Finance (ERP), Supply Chain (SCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and other Oracle SaaS platforms. This role serves as the primary engagement leader, managing global cross-functional teams while ensuring successful delivery of complex business and technology transformation initiatives.

 

Working closely with client executives, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, the Project Manager drives project strategy, governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle. This individual facilitates business process and solution design workshops, guides key process and configuration decisions, and ensures solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices.

 

The Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager is accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, change adoption, and business value realization. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and lead multi-disciplinary teams through transformational change.

 

As a trusted advisor, the Project Manager provides executive-level visibility into project health, risks, milestones, dependencies, and overall delivery progress while fostering collaboration across client and Capgemini teams to achieve successful business outcomes.

 

Your Role

 

  • Manage Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations across Finance (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and related Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Direct and oversee onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring adherence to development standards, project methodologies, and quality expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with functional and technical leads to design and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that align with business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate client workshops and decision-making sessions to guide business process design, solution architecture, configuration, and transformation activities.
  • Drive project governance, planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting while ensuring delivery milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Support clients in defining and optimizing business processes, operating models, and organizational change initiatives through collaboration, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Provide hands-on leadership during implementation, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production support activities utilizing established delivery methodologies and documentation standards.
  • Manage scope, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests while maintaining alignment between client expectations and project objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource forecasts, effort estimates, and progress tracking mechanisms to ensure successful execution of all project activities.
  • Foster strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud practice by sharing knowledge, developing best practices, mentoring team members, supporting business development activities, and contributing to Oracle Cloud offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience

 

  • 9-13 years of experience managing multiple full life cycle Oracle implementations
  • Must have worked on at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion or Multi-Pillar projects
  • Proficient in following Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards
  • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Implementation in global environments or international experience 
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 88,544 - $ 233,248

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
