Capital Planning & Balance Sheet Management
- Lead and support annual and rolling capital planning activities, including CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review), stress testing, and scenario analysis.
- Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities to optimize capital allocation.
- Monitor capital adequacy metrics and provide recommendations to Treasury and Finance leadership.
- Build, enhance, and maintain driver-based financial forecasting models for budgeting, capital planning, and scenario analysis.
- Present forecast outputs with clearly documented assumptions, sensitivities, and key risk indicators to senior stakeholders.
- Strengthen model governance, documentation standards, and version-control practices.
- Calculate Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) and assess capital adequacy across portfolios.
- Calculate and monitor Supplementary Leverage Ratio (SLR) and regulatory capital exposures for financial instruments.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes in coordination with Accounting and FP&A teams.
- Manage reporting cycles, including accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations.
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting packages and performance commentary.
- Conduct detailed P&L attribution analysis to support business performance reviews and management decision-making.
Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with applicable frameworks, including:
- IRRBB
- PPNR
- Basel III/IV
- IFRS 9
- Other regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain reporting controls, documentation, and audit trails.
- Participate in ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) and related capital adequacy initiatives.
- Model and analyze:
- Credit Risk RWAs
- Market Risk RWAs
- Operational Risk RWAs
- Net Interest Margin (NIM)
- Economic Value of Equity (EVE)
- Cost of Funds
- Asset Liability Management (ALM)
- Liquidity Risk
Chart of Accounts & P&L Oversight
- Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s Chart of Accounts (CoA) and ensure consistent reporting across entities.
- Support financial governance and reporting standardization efforts.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and profitability assessments.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the CFO, Treasurer, Finance Directors, and senior leadership.
- Translate complex financial and regulatory data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Technology teams on strategic initiatives.
- Support ad hoc analysis and management reporting requests.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 to $127189 per annum.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
