About the role-
The Adobe Multi-Solution Architect is a senior, hands-on architecture leader responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital experience and data platform solutions, with deep emphasis on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Your skill & Experience
This role leads end-to-end solution architecture across Adobe Experience Cloud, translating complex business requirements into scalable, data-driven architectures that enable unified customer profiles, real-time activation, and advanced cross-channel analytics.
The architect partners closely with senior client stakeholders, delivery teams, and platform specialists to define roadmaps, guide implementation, and ensure best-practice adoption of Adobe’s data and experience ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise digital experience and data platform strategies leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Serve as a solution and data architecture lead across AEP, CJA, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Analytics, and AEM-based ecosystems.
- Lead AEP-centric architecture including XDM design, data ingestion, identity resolution, and profile unification.
- Architect and implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions including event-based data modeling and cross-channel journey analysis.
- Conduct discovery workshops to define business goals, analytics use cases, data requirements, and technology roadmaps.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures spanning data, analytics, personalization, content, and activation layers.
- Provide architectural leadership across onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery teams.
- Guide best practices for data governance, performance, scalability, and security.
- Support pre-sales and solution shaping including architecture definition and executive presentations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years overall experience in Information Technology.
- 7–10+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud as an Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
- Strong, demonstrable experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Hands-on Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) experience.
- Proven experience leading multi-solution Adobe implementations.
- Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Experience integrating Adobe platforms with CRM, eCommerce, and enterprise systems.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $101,300 - $250,640
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
