About the job you’re considering

The SIAM Change Analyst will be accountable for the governance, coordination, analysis, and continual improvement of the Change Management process across a multi-supplier environment. The role is outcome-focused, ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised, approved, and implemented in a controlled manner while minimising risk, reducing service disruption, and enhancing the end-user experience through effective supplier management and data-driven insights.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

Your role

  • Owning the end-to-end Change Management process across a multi-supplier service environment, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and implemented in line with business and service requirements.
  • Maintaining and governing the Change Management framework, ensuring processes are standardised, effective, and consistently applied across all suppliers.
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure change activities are appropriately planned, documented, communicated, and executed.
  • Monitoring and reporting on change performance, identifying trends, risks, compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinating change reviews and facilitating supplier discussions to ensure effective risk management and successful change outcomes.
  • Producing meaningful change insights, reporting, and dashboards to support operational, governance, and strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting service design and transition activities by ensuring change controls are embedded throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Identifying and managing change-related risks, dependencies, conflicts, and potential impacts across the service landscape.
  • Embedding Change Management governance within service management forums, supplier reviews, and continual improvement activities.
  • Collaborating with Service Integration, Incident, Problem, Release, and operational teams to minimise disruption and enhance the end-user experience.
  • Ensuring suppliers adhere to agreed change processes, standards, and governance requirements, challenging non-compliance where necessary.
  • Championing a culture of continual service improvement, focusing on change quality, risk reduction, service stability, and operational excellence.
