UX/UI Designer

Your Role

As an AI-driven User Interface Designer with Capgemini, you will create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will analyse requirements, deliver high-quality UI designs—from workflows and wireframes to visual compositions—and develop prototypes to validate user needs. Leveraging AI across the full design lifecycle to accelerate innovation and scale value, you will apply strong expertise in UI technologies and ergonomics, collaborate closely with development teams, and ensure alignment with modern standards in complex, multicultural environments. 

In this role you will: 

• Understand and analyze the requirements concerning the user interface(s) to be implemented. 
• Define and create graphical layout and content. 
• Create user interface specifications including user interface workflow diagrams, wireframes and visual design compositions for all digital platforms including website, mobile website and mobile/tablet applications.  
• Develop prototypes if required to support the design specifications such as validating the requirements expressed by the users. 

Your Profile

• In depth knowledge of user interface technology and of ergonomics regarding man/machine interfacing. 
• Knowledge of design and graphical tools. 
• Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML). 
• Familiarity with software design and development processes. 
• Ability to cope with fast-changing technologies used in graphical design. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to produce clear, structured documentation. 
• Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment. 
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT and a minimum of 5 years of experience with graphical interface design tools, web tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) or web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML, Flash). 
• Demonstrated expertise in embedding AI into delivery practices and guiding teams to adopt AI‑powered design approaches responsibly and at scale. 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of French will be a strong differentiator.  
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
