Your Role

As a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, automating, and industrializing a Snowflake-based Knowledge Platform supporting enterprise knowledge management, AI solutions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and unstructured data capabilities. You will work closely with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient platform operations.   

 

In this role you will: 

  • Operate and optimize Snowflake platform components supporting enterprise knowledge use cases. 
  • Automate deployment, configuration, and environment management processes. 
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform. 
  • Improve platform monitoring, observability, resilience, and cost visibility. 
  • Support ingestion, governance, and publication of structured and unstructured knowledge assets. 
  • Implement security, compliance, and production-readiness standards. 
  • Perform performance tuning, scalability assessments, and capacity planning activities. 
  • Create operational runbooks, technical documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.  

Your Profile

    • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Data Platform environments. 
    • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL. 
    • Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices. 
    • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.  
    • Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform services.  
    • Experience with monitoring, observability, production support, and incident management.  
    • Understanding of structured and unstructured data platforms, RAG architectures, and AI platform patterns.  
    • Knowledge of security, governance, reliability, and cost-optimization best practices.  
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.  
    • Excellent English communication and technical documentation abilities.  
    • Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced international environments.
