ServiceNow Core Specialist - AI Control Tower

Your Role
As a bilingual French and English ServiceNow Core Specialist, you will act as a recognized subject-matter expert for AI Control Tower and related technologies, including Veza, Armis, and OTTO. You will combine deep platform expertise with technical leadership, supporting delivery, solution shaping, reusable asset development, and strategic customer engagements.
In this role you will:
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow AI Control Tower and related technologies, including Veza, Armis, and OTTO.
• Provide technical leadership across Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Discovery, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Monitor product roadmaps and emerging capabilities, assess adoption opportunities, and define implementation guidance and best practices.
• Support pre-sales teams and account stakeholders with specialized expertise during opportunity qualification and solution shaping.
• Participate in customer workshops, demonstrations, strategic discussions, proposals, and executive presentations requiring deep technical knowledge.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, templates, demonstrations, and reference architectures following a build-once, reuse-many approach.
• Contribute to ServiceNow and AI communities, knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, and technical workshops.
• Mentor consultants, architects, and emerging specialists while promoting innovation and technical excellence.
Your Profile
• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in SecOps, IRM, Discovery, CMDB, and IRE.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI Control Tower; exposure to Veza, Armis, and OTTO is strongly valued.
• Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation knowledge.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, advisory, and business-transformation capabilities.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are valued; Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred.
