OSS/BSS Architect

Your Role

As an OSS/BSS Architect with Capgemini, you will support a leading telecommunications organization in its OSS/BSS transformation by leading architecture governance, validating target designs, and ensuring end-to-end consistency across Network, OSS, BSS, Digital, and enterprise IT domains. You will secure modernization and migration pathways while supporting the transition to a stable operational model. 

In this role you will: 

• Organize and facilitate the OSS/BSS Design Authority Board. 
• Manage the backlog of architectural topics and key strategic decisions. 
• Ensure OSS/BSS architectures align with the target enterprise architecture. 
• Validate interfaces with the core network, digital platforms, and existing IT systems. 
• Manage the impact of changes on provisioning, inventory, assurance, charging, and billing processes. 
• Secure migration and transformation pathways for legacy systems. 
• Support functional and technical workstreams during detailed design. 
• Ensure end-to-end architectural consistency across Network, OSS, BSS, and Digital domains. 
• Ensure solution stability, scalability, performance, and operational readiness during the transition to RUN.

Your Profile

• Extensive senior-level experience as an OSS/BSS Architect in telecom operator IT transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in architecture design and TM Forum standards, including eTOM, SID, and Open APIs. 
• Deep knowledge of Ericsson OSS/BSS solutions, including Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Inventory, Charging, Mediation, and Catalog. 
• Proven experience integrating Ericsson platforms within complex multi-vendor environments. 
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, event-driven integration, and CI/CD practices. 
• Experience modernizing and migrating legacy operator systems while maintaining business and service continuity. 
• Ability to assess cross-domain impacts across Network, OSS, BSS, Digital, provisioning, inventory, assurance, and billing. 
• Proven ability to lead Design Authorities, facilitate architecture reviews, and drive strategic technical decisions. 
• Experience supporting detailed functional and technical design through implementation, transition, and stabilization. 
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and architectural leadership skills.
