Your role

• • Supporting the continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related governance processes.
  • Helping maintain and enhance security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with teams across Capgemini to ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
  • Tracking and reporting key security and compliance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Promoting security awareness and helping teams understand security requirements in a practical way.
  • Supporting security incident reviews, corrective actions, and lessons learned activities.

Your profile

• Experience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, governance, or a related field.
• Understanding of information security principles and risk management concepts.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
