Expert ServiceNow Developer

Your Role

As an Expert ServiceNow Developer with Capgemini, you will act as a technical authority for AI-powered ServiceNow solutions. You will combine deep development expertise with solution-design leadership, pre-sales support, innovation leadership, and mentoring. You will drive complex enterprise AI implementations and contribute to reusable intellectual property and AI Factory strategy. 

In this role you will: 

•  Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions on ServiceNow. 

•  Define AI solution architecture patterns, technical standards, and development practices. 

•  Design and govern Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, AI Agents, and enterprise copilots. 

•  Lead integrations with external large-language-model platforms and enterprise systems. 

•  Perform technical reviews and quality-assurance governance. 

•  Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow platform and AI-integration challenges. 

•  Mentor junior and confirmed developers and provide technical guidance across delivery teams. 

•  Lead AI Factory accelerator and intellectual-property development initiatives. 

•  Define reusable enterprise AI solution patterns and contribute to innovation roadmaps. 

•  Act as technical lead during strategic customer engagements, executive demonstrations, AI workshops, proposals, estimations, and solution strategy. 

Your Profile

•  5–7 years of relevant ServiceNow experience for this recruitment need. 

•  Advanced ServiceNow development capabilities and strong platform expertise. 

•  Experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, RAG, enterprise AI integrations, and solution architecture. 

•  Advanced JavaScript, REST API, Flow Designer, and debugging skills. 

•  Knowledge of AI Control Tower, OTTO, MCP, or external LLM platforms is valued. 

•  Professional fluency in French and English. 

•  Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS Data Foundation plus another CIS certification, and Now Assist training. 

•  Strong communication, strategic thinking, customer advisory, stakeholder-management, influencing, negotiation, and innovation-leadership skills.
