Your Role

As an integral part of Capgemini’s Global Business Services Team and our Change Adoption Practice, you will be supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation & Transition journey.  Our Transition Managers will focus on transition project execution but also client advisory in transition area. The role will focus on working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from transition perspective but also close cooperation with our Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working. Primary responsibilities will also include building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects.

Your Profile

• Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery;
• Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area;
• Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders’ management, risk management, overall project management;
• Ability to participate in review project proposals to determine approach, goals, milestones, timeframes, procedures, transition resources for the transition program of a various Function/s;
• Excellent Communication Skills Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS Management, GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams);
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands, demonstrate prioritization skill;
• Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset).
