Your role
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ISMS policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor ISMS activities to ensure compliance with IMS and relevant standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, 27701, 27017, and 27018.
- Support audits, risk assessments, control implementation, mitigation planning, and the maintenance of ISMS evidence repositories.
- Monitor and report on ISMS performance, risk trends, compliance status, and continuous improvement initiatives to management and key stakeholders.
- Drive security awareness, ISMS maturity, and stakeholder engagement through guidance, training, and the promotion of best practices.
- Act as an ISMS and information security governance subject matter expert, supporting incident management, compliance activities, and strategic security decision-making.
Your profile
- Experience in cybersecurity, information security, information protection, or other ISMS-related roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cloud services, identity and access management, and information security risk management principles.
- In-depth understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and other cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and COBIT.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks, identify control gaps, and recommend practical remediation actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate security, risk, and compliance requirements into business-focused solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement with a high level of attention to detail.
