Your Role
As an AI-driven Change & Release Coordinator with Capgemini, you will ensure the smooth and controlled delivery of operational changes and releases across live environments. Leveraging AI across the full change / release lifecycle to accelerate innovation and deliver value at scale, you will coordinate planning, resources, and version control while minimizing risk and maintaining quality. Working closely with DevSecOps, project, and third-party teams, you will optimize deployments, support transitions to business-as-usual, and drive effective execution across the full release lifecycle, ensuring KPIs and service commitments are met.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate the operational changes and releases of all live service elements, with focus on planning, coordination of resources and activities, and version controlling, whilst maintaining quality and minimizing risk.
- Ensure that Release and Change Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are reported, and their targets are met
- Coordinate with DevSecOps Engineers and other technical teams for deployments, automation improvements and release optimization.
- Collaborate with project and operational teams to ensure effective system change and release implementation.
- Assist in support models set up and in managing transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, 3rd parties, etc. to ensure timely change and release implementation and contractual fulfilment, when applicable
Your Profile
- Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of ITIL service management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event and Knowledge Management.
- Proficiency with IT service management tools as defined or agreed by the Contracting Authority.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration-management tools.
- Strong coordination and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a multicultural, multi-vendor operational environment.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
- Demonstrated expertise in embedding AI into delivery practices and guiding teams to adopt AI‑powered approaches responsibly and at scale.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of French will be a strong differentiator.
