Your Role

• The Cash Application supervisor is responsible for the transactional process effectives of the Cash Application team;
• Ensure accurate allocation of incoming payments to customer accounts while assisting with monthly financial close and account reconciliation processes;
• Oversee and reconcile AP/AR netting by coordinating with Accounts Payable and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with intercompany policies and SLAs while integrating financial controls into transactions;
• Investigate and resolve payment issues like unapplied cash and mismatches through root-cause analysis, ensuring compliance with audit and policy standards;
• Handles complex cash application transactions, deductions, and customer account clearing activities while coordinating with sales, customer service, and clients to resolve payment or billing issues, and monitors overall process performance and account quality;
• Escalates any issue with the bank statement which may affect to the collection process: missing files, interface error messages, etc.

Your Profile

• Have deep knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement;
• English and Serbian (B2 Level minimum);
• Be aware of the client specific adjustments and Research and resolve payment discrepancies and short payments by collaborating with internal teams and customers;
• Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement purposes;
• Drive Value back to client utilizing their process expertise with Maintaining Record all financial documentation;
• Have very good knowledge of CG and other Platform approaches, the Automation D rive Suit and DGEM Tech – building certifications in DGEM Tech technologies;
• Should have knowledge on handling unapplied cash and provide guidance to Cash Applicator or Payment Applicator;
• Be aware of the business context for the analyzed data and assist in month-end close processes and reporting;
• Recognize the factors that influence service costs, encourage their efficient use in service delivery, and assist in putting process enhancements into place to boost productivity.
