Your role

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requisition, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting, etc.);
• Provide clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teams;
• Create & update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool;
• Contribute to team “Business As Usual” activities such as hiring, process improvement, service standardization, etc.;
• Develop, mentor, and coach junior members.

Your profile

• Valid experience of 6 months in HR domain (ideally recruitment);
• Good verbal and written communication skills - English B2 and French C1;
• Handle employee requests according to the project deadlines;
• Resolve Talent acquisition related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date;
• Strong Analytical skills for the reporting
