Your Role

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requisitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting etc.);
• Handles employee requests according to the project deadlines;
• Provides clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teams;
• Collaborates with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.;
• Maintains collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders;
• Handles regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.

Your Profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills - English and German minimum B2;
• High school diploma is required; 
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members;
• Strong analytical skills for the reporting;
• Positive team player.
