Your profile

• At least 6 months of experience in HR domain;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German - minimum B2;
• Excellent job organization and time management skills;
• Attention to details and very good analytical skills.

Your role

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requisition, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting, etc.);
• Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and across teams;
• Provide clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teams;
• Create & updat all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.
