Agentic AI Platform Senior DevOps

Your Role

As a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with Capgemini, you will operate, secure and industrialize an Agentic AI Platform built primarily on Google Cloud Platform. You will reinforce production operations, improve automation and reliability, and support the integration of Mistral and Google AI services without redesigning the underlying platform.

In this role you will:

• Operate and enhance the Agentic AI Platform and its GKE environments.
• Maintain and prioritize the platform engineering backlog in Jira.
• Build production-ready CI/CD pipelines and reusable deployment templates.
• Develop and maintain version-controlled Infrastructure-as-Code for agreed platform components.
• Strengthen observability through monitoring dashboards, alerts, service-level objectives and capacity recommendations.
• Improve platform reliability, security, compliance and incident recovery.
• Support the integration and operation of Mistral, Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise services.
• Create operational runbooks covering deployment, recovery and incident handling.
• Collaborate with platform, architecture, cybersecurity and delivery teams.
• Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions and concise technical handover documentation.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, GKE/Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and CI/CD.
• Experience operating production platforms and improving delivery automation and reliability.
• Knowledge of observability, IAM, API security and secure production operations.
• Experience creating reusable deployment templates and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a delivery-focused mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
• Clear professional English and the ability to produce concise technical documentation.

Nice have

• • Experience with Mistral and Google AI services, including Vertex AI or Gemini.
  • Experience supporting AI or machine-learning platforms in production.
  • Knowledge of SRE practices, SLOs and capacity management.
