Your Role

  • Proficient in using the Workato integration platform to design, build, and manage end-to-end automation workflows across cloud and on-premise applications.
  • Skilled in recipe development and orchestration using triggers, actions, conditional logic, and loops to automate complex business processes.
  • Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, Slack) using Workato connectors and custom HTTP connectors.
  • Strong understanding of data transformation and mapping techniques including formula mode, list processing, and JSON/XML manipulation.
  • Implement robust error handling and monitoring strategies including retries, alerts, and performance tracking.

Your Profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in integration platforms, automation, and enterprise application connectivity.
  • Hands-on experience with API management and webhooks using Workato’s API platform.
  • Knowledge of security and governance including RBAC, encrypted properties, and workspace management.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Zapier, and understanding of business process automation.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence, with strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
