Your Role

As a WiFi/Bluetooth Application Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of wireless connectivity applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions while leading a team of engineers.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and development of WiFi and Bluetooth-based applications
  • Architect and implement wireless connectivity solutions across embedded and application platforms
  • Collaborate with firmware, hardware, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Optimize performance, power efficiency, and reliability of connectivity modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex real-world connectivity issues
  • Ensure compliance with IEEE 802.11 and Bluetooth SIG standards
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the team
  • Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence within the team
  • Support product roadmaps by contributing to technical planning and feature design
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and connectivity stacks

Your Profile

  • 8–14 years of experience in WiFi/Bluetooth application or embedded development
  • Strong expertise in WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and Bluetooth (Classic & BLE)
  • Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, MQTT, CoAP
  • Solid background in embedded systems, Linux, or RTOS environments
  • Proficiency in C/C++ (mandatory), Python/Java (good to have)
  • Hands-on experience with Bluetooth profiles (GATT, GAP, A2DP, HID)
  • Familiarity with debugging tools like Wireshark, Bluetooth sniffers, protocol analyzers
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
