Supply Chain Analytics Reporting Delivery Manager

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain analytics and reporting initiatives across demand planning, inventory, procurement, and logistics.
  • Manage multiple teams including data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Drive development and deployment of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, provide regular updates, and handle escalations.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Implement Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies for efficient execution.
  • Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and delivery performance metrics.
  • Optimize resource allocation and ensure effective utilization across projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of self-service analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, data quality, and security standards.

Your Profile

  • 12-15+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, reporting, and program delivery.
  • Strong experience managing large teams and multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes (demand, inventory, logistics).
  • Knowledge of BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with cloud/data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven program/project management capabilities (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and delivery risks.
