• Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Starlims Scripting Language (SSL), Jscript, PL/SQL, Oracle/SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Application Support, SMEs, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
• Solutioning Starlims applications as per business needs.
• Extensive experience in life sciences and pharmaceutical domains, with knowledge of GxP regulations and FDA processes.
• Interface Starlims with various external applications and instruments.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues in Starlims installations.
• Configure and develop end-to-end applications using Starlims.
• Engage in large support projects for minor enhancements.
• Work with end users for requirement clarification and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with ITIL processes.
• Identify and improve system performance measures.
• Lead LIMS teams, providing training and mentoring.
• Implement and maintain statistical Quality Control software for data analysis.
• Sustain systems long-term, manage user requests, and maintain validated states.
• Process access requests, own SOPs, and troubleshoot with the business.
